1. Listening First
Our clinicians believe that the key to a successful recovery process is getting your story right. Your first session will be spent getting to the heart of your medical history to identify the psychosocial and movement habits that may be contributing to your pain and dysfunction.
2. Hands on Approach
During your first session, you will go through a physical exam where our clinicians use movement tests to identify the causes of your issue. From there, our physical therapists and chiropractor use proven manual therapy techniques to address your pain and help you move better.
3. Goal Specific
We believe that rehab goals should be specific to the person. Whether you’re training for your 10th marathon, getting back to Crossfit, or just want to go through your daily life without pain, we will create a plan that is tailored to you.
